About the Role
Your Purpose
Design and execute the commercial strategy that drives the growth of the industrial business unit (IBU), leading the sales and business development teams in LATAM and EMEA in a functional capacity.
Your mission: align local actions with the global vision, ensuring a tangible impact on results, people, and company culture.
What You’ll Do
* Strategy & Business: Create, define, and execute the strategic commercial plan for each region. Set objectives and action plans adapted to each territory. Identify new business opportunities and define expansion strategies. Coordinate marketing and communication actions to strengthen the brand and generate demand.
* Functional Leadership & International Coordination: Lead the regional sales managers and teams in LATAM and EMEA. Promote collaboration across business units (IBUs), share insights, identify synergies, and communicate market needs. Supervise performance, drive results, and foster professional growth and a high-performance culture.
* Client & Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners. Support and lead negotiations and closings of major commercial agreements in each region.

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial leadership or business development positions within industrial or heavy machinery environments (industrial process equipment). Experience in industrial laundry will be a strong plus.
* Experience managing functional or matrix-based multicultural teams in international contexts (LATAM / EMEA).
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* Languages: Spanish and English (C1). Catalan and French are a plus.
* Availability to travel 25–30% of the time (minimum one week per month). Residence in or near Vic, Barcelona area.
