Responsibilities :
* Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and supporting the cooking crew with guest meals.
* Handle administrative tasks, including managing dietary plans for owners, such as calculating fats, carbs, and protein intake.
* Support with sending menus and placing orders.
* Work with a diverse range of cuisines, adapting to the owners' preferences, as they spend the entire summer on the yacht with their family.
* Be a collaborative team player, eager to learn and grow into the role of Sous Chef.
* Enjoy a friendly crew environment that values socializing and team-building activities.
