Creasegroup | @thereleaseday What You’ll DoThis is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder. You will :
Own and manage the social content calendar acrossInstagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts Launch and optimize paid campaigns onMetaIG / FB) andTikTok Ads Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.) Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats Share weekly insights and content performance reportsWho You Are2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands Strong hands-on experience withMeta Ads ManagerShopify ,Notion ,Slack Excellent written English for captions and community interactions Able to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST) Bonus Points ForBackground infashion, streetwear, or activewear Experience managing or growing a digital brand community Light graphic design or email marketing experiencePreferred LocationsRemote in :
