Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (Shifts available: 9-17 / 10-18 / 11-19)
What You'll Do
* Identify prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to drive revenue.
* Research customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to find upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight value.
* Manage your pipeline, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption.
* Cultivate long-term customer relationships, understand their business objectives, and advise accordingly.
Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish & English
* 1+ years of outbound sales experience (prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, upselling)
* Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
* Ability to analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities
* Confidence in engaging with decision-makers & presenting to C-suite
* Experience in closing deals via phone, email & social media
