A posição
Within the Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness Chapter, the Strategy & Organisational Effectiveness Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end management of business processes and strategic projects. This position is also key in co-leading the co-creation and ongoing development of our organizational strategy, ensuring it remains responsive to evolving customer needs and dynamic market trends. With deep technical and functional expertise, the Lead champions a culture of continuous improvement and agility, empowering teams and enabling innovation across Roche Diagnostics Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply a structured/agile project management approach to handle complex delivery challenges.
* Harmonize and advise on business process optimization methodologies to define fit-for-purpose processes.
* Design and develop methodologies, standards, processes, and procedures for comprehensive corporate project and business process management to support teams, promote standardization, and foster synergies with other Roche affiliates, leveraging digital tools to enhance the user experience.
* Mobilize resources across teams to address organizational challenges and opportunities by leveraging best practices and avoiding duplication of efforts.
* Organize and coordinate, in collaboration with various stakeholders, the widespread deployment of end-to-end business projects and processes, particularly through employee communication and training, especially for stakeholders involved in the processes and projects.
* Guide and support team members to drive delivery commitment and best practices in project management, process improvement, and change management.
* Facilitate the development of new projects and processes at Diagnostics Spain by managing requests and orchestrating prioritization as part of integrated project and process management.
* Ensure that project stakeholders regularly update the portfolio, particularly by ensuring that new project requirements are properly identified early on to anticipate and support the different stages of the project lifecycle management process.
* Consolidate and, when necessary, develop key performance indicators/dashboards to provide coherence and transparency of activities across the affiliate in relation to business projects and processes aligned with strategic priorities.
* Orchestrate strategic reflections and initiatives where they can create the greatest impact for customers.
* Support the implementation of new ways of working by leveraging synergies.
* Act as a role model for agile leadership behaviors, as well as for our culture, mindset, and behaviors as defined in Roche’s operating principles.

Who You Are
* You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated project and process improvement management acquired in a multinational company or within a consulting firm.
* You have a University Degree.
* Certification in an internationally recognized project management framework (e.g. BPM, PMP, PMI, Agile Project Management, etc.).
* One or more "agile" certifications (ATF, Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
* Valuable experience managing project management tools: Monday, Trello, Miro, Lucid, etc.
* Valuable experience in the healthcare sector, especially in Diagnostics solutions.
* You are fluent in both: English and Spanish.
* Open to travel around 20% of the time.
