The standard scope of this role includes:
Responsibilities
* Troubleshooting issues related to office IT environments (connectivity, application errors, operating system problems).
* Install current Microsoft operating systems for PCs on desktops and laptops.
* Load an image onto a desktop or laptop.
* Install standard software applications such as Microsoft Office or other scheduled installations.
* Install (unpack, connect to the network, and test) desktops, laptops, printers, and standard peripherals.
* Replace components in desktops and laptops (e.g., hard drives, processors, fans, etc.).
* Understand complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
* Provide 2nd-level support for PCs and laptops.
* Carry out other IT-related actions according to CC guidelines.
* Ensure all work is performed according to agreed quality and service levels.
* Handle ticketing tools and SLAs.
Requirements and Experience
* Intermediate Vocational Training in IT.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in this role or similar.
* Driving license.
Skills and Competencies
* Ability to work independently.
