About the role

Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each team segment operates like a specialized unit, from prospecting to activation, owning market segments with a solution-focused approach to rapidly grow our customer base.

We’re seeking a driven Enterprise Sales Executive to promote Revolut’s offerings to businesses and focus on acquiring key enterprise accounts while expanding our presence in the EU market.

What you’ll be doing

* Building a network of enterprise customers and generating revenue through Revolut’s solutions (with support from Account Executives)
* Developing trusted, strategic relationships with key customers to maximize the value of Revolut’s products and services
* Managing forecasts and pipelines accurately, achieving quarterly goals, and mentoring sales team members
* Supporting growth through recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring sales reps
* Collaborating with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure operational excellence

What you'll need

* 4+ years of sales or business development experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
* Proven success in selling software, SaaS, or web services to large enterprise clients
* Consistent achievement of sales quotas
* Excellent presentation, listening, and negotiation skills, especially with senior executives (C-level)
* Willingness to shift from strategic planning to hands-on implementation
* Ability to travel for meetings and industry events, subject to local policies

* Problem-solving and deal-closing skills with a positive, creative mindset
* Experience in a reputable startup environment
* Strong cross-functional project management capabilities
* Curiosity and adaptability in a dynamic, collaborative setting
* Experience selling to marketing directors
* Knowledge of the payments industry
