Responsibilities The Supervisory purpose is to lead and supervise the entire front office team towards the attainment of the highest standards of service excellence in accordance with the company guidelines.
To supervise Front Office operations, including the Reception and Guest Relations, ensuring hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
To ensure appropriate stock levels for the smooth run of Front Office operations and to prepare requisitions accordingly.
To daily implement and control the check lists.
To ensure a proper handover between the shifts.
To upsell Rooms, Food and Beverage outlets and other facilities whenever opportunities arise.
To be updated with the competitors’ offerings and rates.
To liaise closely with Sales and Reservations on rate management.
To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that they enjoy their stay with the finest personal service.
To maintain an atmosphere of high morale and a positive working relationship among the team.
Takes responsibility for anticipating and meeting customer needs.
Qualifications Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
2 to 5 years experience, depending on education and career background
Competent user of desktop applications and hotel applications
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
