Key Responsibilities
* Prospect & Research : Identify target accounts and key contacts using tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and internal data sources.
* Multi-Channel Outreach : Engage prospects through personalized email, phone calls, and social platforms to spark interest and begin sales conversations.
* Qualify Leads : Assess leads to determine business relevance and readiness for next-stage sales engagement.
* CRM Management : Log all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain high-quality data in Salesforce.
* Collaborate : Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and campaign follow-ups.
* Continuous Improvement : Suggest and adopt better prospecting tactics, messaging adjustments, and workflow improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Language Skills : Fluent Dutch and business-level English.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to engage decision-makers.
* Strong interest in a sales career with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
* Comfortable with technology and digital sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Outlook, etc.).
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Coachable and receptive to feedback for continuous growth.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a target-oriented role.
* Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
