You’ll be the bridge between strategies, cultures, and markets, leading the commercial expansion in LATAM and EMEA within an organization committed to innovation, collaboration, and sustainable business growth.
A multinational company dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial machinery and service solutions, guided by a clear purpose: to create a positive impact on their clients, their people, and the planet.
Design and execute the commercial strategy that drives the growth of the industrial business unit (IBU), leading the sales and business development teams in LATAM and EMEA in a functional capacity.
Your mission: align local actions with the integral vision, ensuring a tangible impact on results, people, and company culture.
Strategy & Business: Create, define, and execute the strategic commercial plan for each region. Identify new business opportunities and define expansion strategies. Coordinate marketing and communication actions to strengthen the brand and generate demand.
Lead the regional sales managers and teams in LATAM and EMEA. Promote collaboration across business units (IBUs), share insights, identify synergies, and communicate market needs. Supervise performance, drive results, and foster professional growth and a high-performance culture.
Support and lead negotiations and closings of major commercial agreements in each region.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial leadership or business development positions within industrial or heavy machinery environments (industrial process equipment). Experience in industrial laundry will be a strong plus.
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Spanish and English (C1). Catalan is a plus.
