We are looking for a
ServiceNow Tech Lead
with strong knowledge in
Order Management
or other ServiceNow modules such as
Customer Service Management (CSM),
IT Service Management (ITSM),
HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or
Service Portfolio Management (SPM), to join a high-impact international project delivered by Amadeus in collaboration with external vendors. Location: Remote from Spain (Nearshore).
Your Role
As a Tech Lead, you will support a distributed development team across Europe and India by:
* Providing technical guidance and support
* Ensuring the quality of deliverables
* Leading the design and development of complex requirements
You will collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.
Professional Skills (Methods & Processes)
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products (Order Management preferred; also open to CSM, ITSM, HRSD, SPM)
* Understanding of Project Management processes and SAFe methodology
* Experience with release management best practices
* Ability to write clear, comprehensive functional specifications, including inputs, outputs, solution design, integrations, and alternatives
* Experience in technical and functional testing, including test script creation and execution
* Previous involvement in Agile/SCRUM environments
Soft Skills
* Collaborative mindset: effective with diverse teams (technical, functional, junior, senior, management)
* Proactive and solution-oriented: seeking improvements and problem-solving
* Excellent communication skills: articulating ideas clearly, active listening, adapting messaging
Language: Fluent English (written and spoken)
