Opportunity: The FAAS teams provide financial accounting and advisory services across various industries, deploying high-quality financial tools and technologies. In GDS, you will ensure the timely delivery of services while maintaining quality, working closely with senior and managerial staff, and interacting directly with onshore teams.
Your responsibilities include:
* Understanding IFRS, GAAP conversions, and assurance concepts.
* Implementing accounting standards and drafting accounting policies.
* Conducting technical accounting research and providing advice.
* Supporting consolidation, compilation, and financial statement closing processes.
* Handling transaction accounting and reporting, including IPOs, carve-outs, and PPA.
* Managing accounting changes such as revenue recognition and lease accounting.

Minimum qualifications:
* University degree with knowledge of financial accounting and advisory concepts.
* 3-7 years of relevant experience.
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, ICAC approval, registered with ROAC).
* Proficiency in English (B2) and Dutch (B2).
