Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer.
Responsibilities
* Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
* Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with teams to achieve project objectives.
* Analyze and optimize application performance, identify technical risks, and propose solutions.
* Collaborate with technology providers, document processes, validate solutions, and train end users.
* Implement technological advancements, ensure quality standards, generate documentation, and contribute to team development.
* Share technical knowledge within Omega’s community of practice and evaluate new products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
* Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; knowledge of other clouds is a plus.
* Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services; understanding of DevOps/Agile and SDLC principles is beneficial.
* Ability to work independently, excellent English skills; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
