- providing Customer Care, Sales & Technical Support services, as well as Content Moderation for Social Media.
What you will do:
- Analyze issues of business customers, partners, clients or internal stakeholder’s and find the best ways to resolve them;
- Close customer inquiries regarding online marketing products, troubleshoot issues per process specifications, assist users in recovering account information and assist in payment related issues;
- Adapt existing processes to craft alternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.
What you will bring:
- Fluent/Native in written and verbal in Spanish
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
- Familiar with and heavy-user of social media products
- Professional experience in back office or administrative task-based roles
- Experience in text editing, revision or digital content analysis (desirable, not mandatory)
What we offer:
- Salary: 1050€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year + Performance Bonus
