Requirements:
1. Degree: Bachelor's, Master's, or similar in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in a similar role leading HR consulting projects in large organizations.
3. Ability to identify internal and external client needs.
4. Lead and collaborate in achieving company projects.
5. Plan and coordinate HR projects (Selection, training, organizational development).
6. Design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
7. Analyze and provide effective diagnostics for client issues.
8. Develop and apply solutions for new projects, creating competitive advantages.
9. Adapt training designs and develop new online training modalities.
10. Deliver training to internal and external clients, tailoring content and methodologies to specific needs.
11. Research improvement opportunities impacting the learning process.
