StubHub International (SHI) is a marketplace that provides fans a safe, transparent, and trusted environment to buy and sell tickets for sport and music events all over the world. It allows fans with tickets they can no longer use to recoup part of the money they've spent and fans that didn't have the chance to buy tickets during the on‐sale, to access them at any time. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, building new integrations when needed to support business needs.
Build, maintain and evolve the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources, using Composer (Airflow), BigQuery, Airbyte or Python.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data‐driven decision making across the organization.
Work closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop strategy for long‐term data platform architecture.
Monitor and improve efficiency for data pipelines, ensuring things run smoothly (and dealing with the occasional backfill).
Follow best practices around code, pipelines and CI / CD deployments.

Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
Extensive experience with Composer / Airflow environments.
Python advance level.
BigQuery expert level (modelling, data types, clustering, partitioning).
Solid knowledge around SQL, Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
We will value extensive experience in GCP, Airbyte, Github Actions and dbt.
