Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide. /ppbr/ppWe are expanding our global team and looking for a bBusiness Development Manager /bto bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used. /ppbr/ppWould you like to take on a new challenge in the field of bsales /b in a successful, fast-growing global start-up? /ppbr/ppbr/ppbLocation: /bRemote /ppbSalary Range: /bFlexible /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliProactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. /liliConduct discovery calls and demos tailored to the needs of each prospect. /liliBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into clients. /liliAccurately document all client interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure transparency and effective follow-ups. /liliStay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. /liliProvide clients with feedback and improvement ideas to other internal stakeholders. /liliEngage in business events to assess market trends, generate opportunities, and contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence. /liliTake ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential leads, and alignment with quarterly goals. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance) to ensure client needs are met and feedback is effectively implemented. /liliPrepare tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and solution recommendations in collaboration with internal teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliFluent in written and spoken English; /liliBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; /liliExperience in outbound sales, business development, or related fields; /liliStrong communication skills with the ability to cooperate with other team members; /liliAbility to manage complex projects and multitask; /liliExcellent organizational skills; /liliAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty in a dynamic environment; /liliProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; /liliFamiliarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot; /liliThrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment; /liliValue autonomy and transparency; /liliHas a ‘default to action’ mentality; /liliSelf-starter and deeply motivated to deliver; /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbBenefits /b /ppbr/pulliDynamic and interesting work in an early-stage, funded startup; /liliAbility to influence the next stages of our growth; /liliExperience working in the ever-changing world of fintech; /liliOpportunities for professional and personal growth; /liliFlexible work environment; /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppJoin our team at Native Teams, a fast-growing global start-up.
