We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team in Punta Gorda, FL. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering competitive hourly pay and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the idóneo candidate will be professional, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a solid background in front desk or clerical support.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management as needed
Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or clerical support role within a professional setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common office technology (phones, printers, copiers)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
