Founded in 2007, Induct (www.induct.net) is a Norwegian company that is traded in the Oslo Stock Exchange (INDCT). Induct provides a comprehensive digital platform designed to support collaboration and funding initiatives across organizations and the healthcare sector. The platform includes a range of specialized tools grouped into three main categories:
Collaboration Tools
* Care pathway, a clinical tool used for assessing, triaging, and directing the public to urgent and emergency care services.
* Innovation Management, a tool to promote open innovation within a network of partners.

Financing Tools
* Tilskuddsportalen.no, a grant portal for Norwegian municipalities and for volunteers in teams and organizations.
* Hittabidrag.se, a grant portal for Swedish municipalities and for volunteers in teams and organizations.
* grantway.com, a search platform that allows you to search grants worldwide including grants for companies and scholarships.
Knowledge Tools
* Leita.ai, a search engine to find research articles and literature using advanced technology.
Position Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be required to collaborate with the design, development, and maintenance of some of the Induct products and it is expected that in short you will take full development responsibilities of one of the tools.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high-quality web applications from concept to deployment.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices using AI tools like Claude Code or Windsurf.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack.
* Work within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience or willingness to get the most from AI tools to switch from regular development to spec driven development.
* Experience in backend development in C# for SAAS systems. Knowledge of PHP and Phyton is a plus.
* Experience with front-end development with Angular, Typescript and knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
* Hands on experience working with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Be used to work with Agile methodologies.
* Teamwork, proactive and willingness to learn.
* Be fluent in English.
