About this opportunityWe are currently looking for a full-time intern to join our Marketing & Communications team in West Europe to support our internal and external communications plans and activities for Spain and Portugal. It will involve working from Madrid and collaborating closely with the broader Europe & Middle East and Africa Marketing & Communications team.
Responsibilities
Support the Marketing and Communications team to think, develop and implement plans, campaigns and initiatives across media relations, internal campaigns, employee engagement, innovation, customer marketing, customer events, and sustainability & corporate responsibility communications.
Support internal and external events such as All Employee Meetings and media sessions.
Help manage and grow our internal channels to increase employee engagement.
Manage local social media channels, creating and publishing engaging content aligned with our strategic priorities.
Develop written material (blogs, articles, internal newsletters, presentations, etc.) to support our narratives and objectives.
QualificationsYou should be in your final year of study or have recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Highly motivated and proactive.
Excellent team player with the ability to communicate across diverse profiles and backgrounds.
Creative and innovative, able to thrive in complex and rapidly changing environments.
Strong analytical skills.
Curious, eager to learn, and investigative.
Interested in technology and digitally oriented.
Good command of English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Committed to continuous learning and adaptability.
Speak‐up attitude.
