As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial operations and drive growth across key markets. The Sales Manager supports the Head of Business Development in managing Nabla Wind Hub’s commercial activities, from lead generation to contract closure.
The role combines hands-on business development with client relationship management and close coordination with technical, proposal, and project delivery teams.
This position suits a commercially minded, analytical professional capable of bridging technical discussions with sound business reasoning and maintaining strong internal alignment between Business Development, Proposals, and Engineering.
The Sales Manager will be based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Execution
 * Support the Head of BD in delivering the annual sales plan and achieving revenue targets.
 * Manage the full sales cycle — from lead identification and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
 * Prepare and review technical-commercial proposals in coordination with the proposals and engineering teams.
 * Contribute to standardizing pricing structures and commercial documentation.
 * Travel Ratio: ~25% (Europe & occasional intercontinental).
Client & Market Development
 * Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners across assigned regions.
 * Identify new business opportunities across all Nabla Wind Hub services (load analysis, lifetime extension, performance diagnostics, etc.).
 * Represent Nabla Wind Hub at client meetings, industry conferences, and technical events.
 * Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments, reporting insights to management.
Internal Coordination
 * Coordinate closely with the Proposals Team for timely and accurate offer preparation.
 * Align with the Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to delivery.
 * Maintain updated records in CRM systems, tracking opportunities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.
Strategic Contribution
 * Support long-term partnerships, framework agreements, and key-account initiatives.
 * Assist in preparing sales forecasts, management reports, and market entry strategies.
Required Qualifications
 * 5–7 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the wind or renewable energy sector.
 * Solid understanding of wind engineering services and project lifecycles.
 * Ability to manage multiple client relationships and commercial processes simultaneously.
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical services into clear value propositions.
 * Fluent in English (C1 minimum); other languages (German, or French) are an asset.
 * Willingness to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally internationally.
Preferred Attributes
 * Background in engineering or finance; ideally with a Master’s or MBA.
 * Proven experience coordinating proposals or client delivery in service-based organizations within the wind energy sector.
 * Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
 * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics) and structured reporting practices.
