Ormco, part of the Envista group and a leader in orthodontics, is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative.
What will your role involve?
* Supporting the Spanish-speaking market alongside your team.
* Serving as the primary contact for clients and commercial teams.
* Managing customer orders in Oracle (ERP) by receiving, monitoring, and processing them.
* Handling client complaints and requests.
* Receiving requests mainly via email (CRM) or phone.

Job requirements :
* Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English (C1 level)
* Customer-focused mindset
* Excellent communication skills (efficient, friendly, positive)
* Curiosity and motivation for continuous improvement
* Dental experience is a plus
* Experience with or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
