Your Mission:
Were looking for a Live Expert to join our international team in Barcelona
In this role, youll engage directly with Dutch and English-speaking customers through live chat and video to provide support, guidance, and product expertise.
Your goal? To create a seamless and engaging customer experience that leaves every client satisfied and confident.
What Youll Do:
* Interact with customers via live chat, video, and email in Dutch and English.
* Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
* Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure efficient problem resolution.
* Maintain accurate customer records and feedback for process improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best customer experience.
What You Bring:
* Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Friendly, confident, and empathetic approach to customer interaction.
* Strong technical understanding and ability to adapt quickly.
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus.
