This role is suited to an established freight forwarding sales professional with deep market knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to win and grow accounts.
This role requires hands‐on experience in air and ocean freight and strong CRM proficiency.
Manage the full end‐to‐end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiating, and closingBuild and maintain long‐term relationships with importers, exporters, and senior supply‐chain stakeholdersMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM systemMonitor market trends, rates, trade lanes, and carrier availability to support commercial strategy
Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in air and ocean freight forwardingStrong, day‐to‐day proficiency in CRM systems (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting)Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsFluency in Spanish and EnglishConfident xpzdshu engaging senior decision‐makers and managing complex sales cyclesEstablished operational platform and strong carrier networkHybrid working modelIf you meet the above criteria and have at least 5 years of hands‐on sales experience in air and ocean freight, we would like to hear from you.
