Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with clear metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)
Build fast, fair performance and remediation processes
Partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and board.
8-12+ years in senior People / HR / Product / Execution leadership roles
~ Strong execution mindset with governance, metrics, and accountability
~ Data-driven, written-first, and comfortable operating at C-level
~ Improved hiring quality, retention, and performance velocity
AI pilots delivering real efficiency or quality gains
Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain (generous relocation support available)
Compensation: Competitive senior package (base + bonus + equity)
