Responsibilities :
1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring day-to-day compliance with GDPR, establishing, and enforcing data privacy frameworks, policies, and best practices within the organization.
2. Third-Party Management: Assessing and monitoring the data privacy compliance of vendors and third-party service providers.
3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of processing activities (ROPA), privacy policies, and reports for audits.
4. Training & Awareness: Educating employees on data privacy policies, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance requirements.
5. Support: Assisting the Corporate Data Privacy Officer in her tasks.
Requirements :
1. Knowledge of GDPR or a strong willingness to learn and understand the regulation.
2. Strong communication and training skills to effectively educate and guide employees on data privacy best practices.
3. Adaptability and collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
4. Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Self-motivated, well-organized team player with high ethical standards and a proactive problem-solving approach.
6. Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level) for effective business communication.
Remote or hybrid :
We work 80-100% remotely; however, we have regular on-site team events.
