Responsibilities
You will be the human voice behind the screen — handling chats, emails, and calls to help users navigate their issues. No scripts that make you sound like a robot. We have KPIs (like CSAT and NPS), but our real goal is a great customer experience.
Qualifications
- Dutch is a must (C1–C2), plus a good level of English to chat with your colleagues.
- Experience: No need!
- Flexibility: Our users are active 24/7, so we work on rotating shifts (Mon–Sun).
- The spirit of adventure: You're either already in Portugal or ready to pack your bags and move here.
