Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Guide customers through detailed technical processes and solutions
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer informed support
- Contribute to improving our support processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and good command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and support tools is an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Malaga, Spain and embrace a new culture
