Role Purpose

This pivotal role is designed for a visionary Content Strategist & Storyteller who will define, shape, and articulate compelling narratives that resonate across all internal and external touchpoints. The successful candidate will strategically translate business objectives into impactful content programs, ensuring consistency with our global brand voice, strategic priorities, and commitment to engaging our diverse audiences. This is an opportunity to lead the narrative, drive engagement, and elevate our brand's presence through world-class storytelling.

Key Accountabilities:

* Strategic Narrative Development: Lead the development and execution of an overarching content strategy, ensuring all materials align with global company objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience needs.
* End-to-End Content Lifecycle Management: Strategically develop, curate, and optimize a broad spectrum of content, including internal communications (intranet articles, digital signage, emails), public-facing materials (press releases, social media posts, announcements), presentations, talking points, Q&A, newsletters, and video scripts.
* Channel Optimization & Innovation: Drive the evolution and management of our communication channels (digital, social, internal, external), identifying and implementing cutting-edge approaches, technologies, and AI opportunities to optimize audience engagement, reach, and overall channel effectiveness.
* Performance Measurement & Insights: Establish and analyze key content performance metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to continuously refine our content strategy and ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Cultivate strategic relationships with business units, functions, and our internal communicator network to foster a cohesive narrative, ensure message alignment, and support integrated communication initiatives across all regions.
* Editorial Leadership: Oversee the strategic planning, management, and execution of the global content and events editorial calendar, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with overarching communication goals.
* Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all content embodies our corporate values and reinforces our position as a thought leader in the industry.

Knowledge & Skills:

* Exceptional Storytelling & Narrative Crafting: Mastery in strategic communication, capable of crafting compelling visual and written narratives that captivate diverse audiences and stakeholders.
* Strategic Thinking: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to develop innovative and strategic solutions for complex communication challenges.
* Audience Insight: Deep understanding of audience segmentation and the ability to tailor messages and content formats for maximum impact.
* Analytical Acumen: Sharp analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, enabling the translation of complex data and insights into actionable content strategies.
* Project Management Excellence: Proven capabilities in managing complex content initiatives from conception to delivery, consistently meeting deadlines and upholding the highest quality standards.
* Communication Fluency: Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating strategic storytelling, reporting prowess, and persuasive communication abilities.
* Content Creation Expertise: Expertise in writing, editing, and designing diverse content formats for various platforms and audiences, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
* Complex Information Synthesis: A demonstrated ability to translate complex topics and technical information into clear, concise, and engaging narratives and storylines for varied audiences.
* Multimedia Proficiency: Extensive experience in developing and managing multimedia content (digital, video, newsletters, presentations) and platforms (intranets, websites, social media management tools).
* Campaign Development: Proven track record in designing and executing impactful internal and external communication campaigns that drive desired outcomes.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) and modern content creation/editing software (photo/video/text).
* Research & Data-Driven Approach: Robust research skills to gather information from reliable sources and inform content strategies with credible data.

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in a corporate communications, content strategy, or storytelling role, preferably within a global organization.
