You'll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of Workday, with a focus on Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and more. This is a hands-on role ideal for a systems thinker who’s excited to solve Tier I tickets, empower stakeholders, and help scale our people systems as we grow.The TeamYou’ll join our dynamic People Team, working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT. Our team is remote-first and collaborative, with members across the US. We’re focused on building a thoughtful employee experience, supported by scalable tools and processes.What We’re Looking ForDeep experience with Workday, especially Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and SecurityHands-on expertise triaging and resolving Tier I HRIS tickets using tools like Jira or ServiceNowStrong configuration knowledge across business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and EIBsExperience managing security groups and role-based permissions in WorkdayFamiliarity with audit protocols and SOX-compliant system practicesAbility to analyze ticket trends and recommend scalable improvementsStrong communication and documentation skills—comfortable enabling stakeholdersA proactive approach to continuous learning and user trainingComfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBonus :
