Senior Sales Manager brHybrid brJOB SUMMARY brSenior Sales and Account Manager brThe Senior Sales Account Manager is a key member of the Global Account Management team and is responsible for driving client retention, growth, and overall satisfaction. This role oversees the full client relationship and ensures the successful delivery and performance of Mood's services and solutions. brThe Senior Manager manages a portfolio of global, enterprise, and national-level brands. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, demonstrating the value of Mood's solutions, and ensuring long-term client success and profitability. brIn addition to managing strategic client relationships, the Senior Director provides leadership and direction to the account executive team. This includes developing retention and growth strategies, creating account plans, and setting short- and long-term goals for the assigned portfolio. brThe role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to analyse industry trends, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. The Senior Director will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality client experiences and business outcomes. brApproximately 50% of the role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention. The remaining 50% focuses on managing client relationships, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, monitoring program performance, and supporting marketing initiatives. brAdditionally, the Senior Manager will actively pursue new business opportunities across Spain and Portugal and maintain a clear business development plan to support regional growth. brCore Responsibilities brTake full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts within a specific industry vertical, ensuring strong client relationships, high satisfaction levels, and long-term retention. brLead and mentor a team of Account Executives, supporting them in developing strong client partnerships and identifying opportunities for account growth and new business. brManage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clients remain informed, engaged, and satisfied while overseeing all account-related activities and transactions. brDevelop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives and align their needs with Mood's products and services through upgrades, renewals, upselling, and additional service offerings. brWork collaboratively with international teams to ensure global alignment and consistency in account management strategies and service delivery. brCoordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as administration, operations, and support functions to ensure seamless execution of new locations, contract renewals, cancellations, and account changes. brClearly communicate the value of Mood's solutions by educating clients on the benefits, capabilities, and integrated offerings of the company. brPartner with senior leadership to develop customized account plans for each client, outlining service delivery approaches and revenue growth strategies. brSupport and lead contract and pricing negotiations in collaboration with the account management team. brLeadership position with the office, ensuring team are actively engaged, completing daily duties - role model behaviours and service delivery brMaintain detailed strategic account plans for the top 10 accounts in Spain, providing management with clear visibility into portfolio performance, opportunities, and potential risks. brConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the top Spanish accounts to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities. brMaintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system, including portfolio reporting, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and risk analysis related to potential client churn. brIdentify and close new revenue opportunities within the existing client base while collaborating with subject matter experts to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities. brThe individual will need to be responsible for all revenue streams in Spain and support any global customer opportunities originating in or outside of Spain. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities brProven experience in enterprise-level account management, managing large and complex client portfolios. brDemonstrated experience in a leadership or management role, including guiding and developing account management teams. brNative Spanish speaker with fluent English, capable of working effectively in an international business environment. brProven track record of client retention and successful growth of existing client accounts. brHigh level of professionalism with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of a client organization. brStrong ability to develop and execute strategic business plans. brExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to challenges. brStrong creative thinking skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for clients. brExperience with solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches. Areas of Measurement brPerformance in this role will be evaluated based on the following key metrics: brClient Retention – Ability to maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships and minimize churn within the assigned portfolio. brRecurring Revenue Growth – Growth of recurring revenue through renewals, contract expansions, and additional service adoption. brNon-Recurring Revenue Growth – Generation of incremental revenue through new projects, one-off services, and additional client initiatives. brClient Satisfaction – Achievement of high levels of satisfaction among both internal stakeholders and external clients. brSales Tools Utilization – Effective and consistent use of CRM and sales management tools to track portfolio performance, pipeline activity, forecasting, and client engagement.
