You will serve as both the technical marketing operator maintaining campaigns and the face of day-to-day value delivery for our managed deliverability and profit-optimized ESP offering.Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Analytics:
Own the Mautic stack—installations, upgrades, plugins, security. SSH into servers to audit & tune cronjobs (segments, campaigns, webhooks, backups). Fix misconfigurations such as duplicate triggers or missing workers. Query Amazon Athena (SQL) on engagement data to validate KPIs and generate insights. Monitor deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, & MXToolBox to maintain inbox placement >
95%. Integrate Mautic with clients’ websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.Customer Success & Coordination:
Act as primary success contact for assigned accounts—schedule stand-ups, gather requirements, translate into tickets, track SLAs. Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, CEO, and clients. Present weekly performance reports. Gather feedback and turn it into backlog items or optimization ideas.Project Prioritization & Growth:
Co-own JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritize to maximize ROI. Run experiments (A/B tests, segment rollouts), measure results. Prospect and scope new customers fitting our email volume profile.Traits & Skills We Value
2–4 years CRM/Marketing Automation experience, with 1+ year as primary Mautic owner.SQL proficiency on Amazon Athena (window functions, partitions, cost control).Linux CLI skills:
cron, grep, bash scripting.Ability to explain technical concepts to marketers and executives.Strong project management skills—attention to detail, organized Kanban, clear definitions of done.Kaizen mindset & frugality—iterate fast, deliver value with lean resources.Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for rapid drafts & queries.Bonus:
Experience with Optimove, Bird.Com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable;
