What We're Looking For A proven track record of leading powertrain system development projects and managing cross-functional teams through design, validation, and industrialization phases
Experience in engine calibration and electronic systems architecture
Master's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset
Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain's business and our ambitions to move our industry forward
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of French would be an advantage
