YOUR OPPORTUNITY\nAs the Training & Adoption Lead S/4HANA, you will play a pivotal part in the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organisation. You will be responsible for shaping the training strategy, building end‑to‑end learning journeys, and ensuring business users across all regions and functions are fully equipped to transition to new processes, tools, and ways of working.

This role sits at the heart of transformation, partnering closely with change management, communications, integral process owners, system integrators, and regional deployment teams.

You will build the end‑to‑end learning experience: from role‑based training and digital content creation to in‑app guidance, analytics, and post‑go‑live reinforcement. Working across global teams, you will ensure our people have the confidence and capability to embrace new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Experienced in driving adoption across roles, processes and technology, you create clarity during shifts in ways of working. You bring deep experience in designing and delivering training for large‑scale ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA. You understand how people adopt technology and how digital tools can accelerate learning at scale. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, and thrive in complex, global programmes.

ROLE CONTEXT & OBJECTIVES Bacardi’s TRANS4MATION program includes a global SAP S/4HANA implementation, focused on simplifying, standardizing, and digitizing core processes. The Training & Digital Enablement Lead will lead the global strategy, design, and execution of the S/4HANA training and digital‑enablement approach, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences and strong business readiness across all regions and functions.

Operating in a matrix organisation, the role leads a team of will work with cross functional teams across global, region and markets to ensure consistent high-quality change execution and successful business adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop a global S/4HANA training and digital‑enablement strategy aligned to programme milestones.\n
\n
- Define success measures, learning KPIs, and readiness indicators.\n
\n
- Set standards for training, digital content, and adoption tools to ensure consistency across regions.\n
\n
- Lead the design and rollout of digital enablement assets such as simulations, micro‑learning, in‑app guidance, and self‑serve content.\n
\n
- Oversee the adoption and configuration of learning technologies (digital adoption platforms, LMS).\n
\n
- Ensure digital learning resources are intuitive, accessible, and optimized for a global audience.\n
\n
- Own the creation of role‑based learning journeys and process‑aligned training content.\n
\n
- Lead the development of blended learning materials including e‑learning, job aids, virtual sessions, demonstrations, and scenario‑based exercises.\n
\n
- Ensure content reflects finalized business processes and aligns with testing and deployment phases.\n
\n
- Partner with Global Process Owners to validate training content and future‑state process alignment.\n
\n
- Work with Change Management, Communications, Testing, Data and enterprise learning teams to embed enablement within the broader readiness plan.\n
\n
- Coordinate with system integrators and third‑party vendors for joint delivery and content quality.\n
\n
- Build and manage a network of regional trainers, local deliverers, and super users.\n
\n
- Coordinate all training execution activities, including scheduling, logistics, and learner readiness.\n
\n
- Monitor training progress, analyze uptake, and oversee remediation where required.\n
\n
- Define sustainment models including refresher training, digital knowledge bases, and post‑go‑live reinforcement.\n
\n
- Use data and analytics to measure adoption trends and improve the learning experience.\n
