Sales - Southern Europe – Transformer solutions
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed company goals in the southern European market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPCs, and partners across southern Europe.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Collaborate with product management, technical, and customer service teams to ensure tailored solutions and high client satisfaction.
Strong team player with excellent cross cultural communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field
Over 5 years of sales or business development experience in the power equipment sector, with a strong focus on transformer technologies.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the southern European market.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish
