You will also assist the HACCP team and provide support for product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC, ASC, Organic, SAE). /lilibWorkflows Corrective Actions: /b You will use QMS software to automate workflows, manage documents, and track nonconformities from recurring production incidents and customer complaints. You will actively verify processes and corrective actions to resolve quality and safety issues, supporting the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). /lilibAudits Service Providers: /b You will conduct internal process and hygiene audits, as well as routine inspections, and provide support during regulatory audits by national authorities. Additionally, you will collaborate in the coordination of contracts with service providers and ensure their compliance with audits. /lilibRisk Cost Management: /b You will assist in risk assessments (TACCP, VACCP) to identify vulnerabilities, support crisis management and resolve food safety incidents. Also, you will aid in the management and control of departmental quality-related costs. /lilibFloor Operations Quality Culture: /b You will collaborate directly with production teams to ensure quality and food safety standards are met on the shop floor. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in food manufacturing is required. /lilibTechnical Knowledge: /b Practical knowledge and proven experience with GFSI standards (e.g., IFS). /lilibLanguage Skills: /b Minimum B2 level of English and Fluency or Native in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. /lilibTech-Savvy: /b Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. /lilibAvailability: /b Availability to work bon-site /b in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /lilibKey Competencies: /b Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
