Job Description
* Develop and own the global Commercial Pool product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
* Lead product development initiatives focused on integrated, modular solutions covering filtration, dosing, heating, and control systems.
* Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to anticipate trends in sustainability and digitization, and align products with public and private tender requirements.
* Drive cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment, coordinating with sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure global consistency and local relevance.
* Build strategic relationships with external partners, certification bodies, and industry associations to enhance market positioning.
* Oversee global product launches and collaborate on business planning, pricing, and product adjustments throughout development.
* Monitor key performance indicators related to growth, profitability, market penetration, and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
* Holds over 10 years of experience managing complex B2B technical product portfolios, ideally within sectors like HVAC, water management, or energy solutions for construction projects.
* Demonstrates strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with both technical experts and diverse customer segments globally.
* Proven track record in leading international product strategies across multiple regions and working effectively in remote, cross-cultural environments.
* Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset and the ability to influence in a matrix organization.
* Comfortable with technical products and tender processes, with a background in developing modular platform strategies and driving innovation.
* Adaptable, autonomous, and organized, capable of balancing long-term vision with operational execution in complex environments.
