The Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing Nordic-inspired tapas and menus, collaborating with the culinary team to ensure the highest quality standards and an exceptional dining experience. Day-to-day tasks include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, supervising kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene and safety protocols, and collaborating with the wellness team to create a holistic wellness dining experience.
