SpainHi there!We are Semrush, a global tech company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers.We’re hiring for the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Global Markets).ResponsibilitiesRenewals & Retention :
Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing your renewal pipeline and ensuring customers see ongoing value. Collaborate with account teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Work with marketing to tailor messaging for smaller accounts. Lead contract renewals and negotiations.Account Management :
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing operations and leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations on leveraging Semrush.Business Reviews :
Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to demonstrate ROI and discuss new products and strategies.Customer Value :
Understand customer workflows and link them to the value Semrush provides, ensuring customers recognize how features enhance their marketing objectives.Customer Advocacy :
Advocate for customer needs within Semrush, staying informed about their strategic objectives and industry trends.Onboarding & Implementation :
Execute efficient onboarding processes, providing insights at each touchpoint to promote Semrush's mission.Growth Opportunities :
Evaluate customer needs and collaborate with sales and marketing to identify expansion opportunities and platform upgrades.RequirementsFluency in English and Spanish.4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in MarTech or SaaS.Strong pipeline management and relationship-building skills.Experience in digital marketing technologies such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.Experience with international companies is a plus.Our Values and BenefitsWe value trust, ownership, and enthusiasm for constant change.
