THE JOB :
The Creative Service Desk
trainee supports all team members with their daily project management tasks.
The trainee will support and be involved in projects at the Global, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia, Pacific) levels. Different areas within the team collaborate to ensure departmental goals are met and continuously improved. The Creative Service Desk is a key stakeholder within RHG, working with stakeholders at corporate, regional, and hotel levels to ensure RHG's online and offline presence is on brand, market-relevant, and up-to-date.
To support the team, the trainee will be involved in tasks such as marketing campaign production and launch, loyalty campaign production and launch, and other projects directly from hotels and other areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support the Creative Service Desk department.
Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager and Loyalty Project Manager to ensure the development of assets, copy, and quality outcomes for B2C and loyalty campaigns.
Manage meetings with stakeholders, responsible for agenda setting, minute-taking, follow-up, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE HAS :
To be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong project management skills: capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and within budget.
Team player with a global mindset, able to work with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
