Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain configuration control processes for project deliverables.
* Manage change control systems and ensure proper documentation of changes.
* Ensure compliance with product assurance standards and project requirements.
* Monitor and verify quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.
* Identify and report non‑conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
* Prepare and maintain configuration and quality assurance documentation.
* Generate reports on configuration status, quality metrics, and compliance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Configuration Control and Product/Quality Assurance processes.
* Knowledge of configuration management and change control systems.
* Holding a Personal Security Clearance (PSC) or application in progress at the time of proposal submission at a minimum of EU‑Confidential + Crypto.
* English communication skills, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
Valuable Skills
* Advance MS Office knowledge.
* Experience in international projects and/or space project.
Fluency in English is mandatory;
knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
