Course Management and Attendance Technician for Professionals

Description

Do you have experience working in the training sector? Do you consider yourself a customer and sales-oriented person? Are you passionate about the gastronomic sector? Then this project is for you!

Your main mission will be to provide support in the area of courses for professionals, managing both the student and the training courses, thus ensuring the good development of the area and the courses.

Our main lines of work are focused on:

* Managing and providing attention to the student.
* Negotiating with clients and suppliers.
* Manage the operation of tailor-made training courses, including accommodation, travel and reservation of spaces for speakers, as well as the organization of meals.
* Identify the necessary materials, manage their purchase and distribute them to students (jackets, briefcases, aprons, access cards, etc.).
* Manage the documentation related to the courses.
* Analyze and evaluate the courses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actions to optimize future editions.


Requirements

Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?

* You have a Higher Degree in Marketing and Advertising, Commercial Management and Marketing, International Trade or similar.
* You have experience in customer management.
* You have a high level of Basque and English (C1).
* You have commercial and sales skills, as well as a strong customer orientation.
* You are dynamic, proactive and highly results-oriented.

You will make a difference if:

* You have worked with CRM.
* You have experience in the field of training management and sales.
* You have basic knowledge of graphic editing.
* You are passionate about the gastronomic sector.
* You are a person with autonomy to manage needs and resolve issues both nationally and internationally.
