Junior Billing Specialist – NetquestWe're looking for a Junior Billing Specialist to join our Finance team in Barcelona.
In this role, you'll be responsible for issuing and controlling invoices for different group entities across various countries, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
You'll also support monthly closing processes and help resolve client billing issues — a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, international finance environment.ResponsibilitiesIssue invoices for national and international clients according to local tax regulations.Review and verify correct invoice registration during monthly closings.Coordinate with local and accounting teams to ensure consistency of financial information.Manage and resolve billing discrepancies with clients (errors, credit notes, duplicates, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date billing data and documentation in internal systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
Support internal and external audits with billing-related information.Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of administrative processes.QualificationsDegree or vocational training in Administration, Finance, or Accounting.0–2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administration.Basic knowledge of accounting and billing regulations.Proficiency in Excel and office tools.Intermediate to advanced English level (essential for managing international entities).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive mindset.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work effectively with different countries and cultures.Benefits & Work ArrangementPrivate health insurance with medical network or reimbursement (50% covered for the employee).
