Currently, we are looking for a Sales Agent with German to join our team!
Responsibilities
Making daily outbound calls and follow ups;
Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products;
Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering;
Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood;
Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.
Qualifications
A passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers;
A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions;
A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis;
Native German and fluent English are required;
Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.
