In this role, you lead the technical orchestration of End-to-End validation campaigns for Roche’s cobas ultra omni Solution Layer within the Solution Automation Integration and Testing group. You shape the architecture for multi-domain SoS testing, blending physical, hybrid, and virtual lab topologies and emulators to reflect real-world workflows. You partner with cross-functional teams to ensure testability and performance meet quality gates and customer needs. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define the master Solution Integration Strategy and CI roadmap
• Design and govern virtual, hybrid, and physical lab topologies and digital twin landscapes
• Review use cases, ICDs, and high-level requirements to guarantee verifiable testability at the solution level
• Establish clear cross-functional test responsibilities across delivery nodes
• Provide technical leadership, automation strategy, and coaching to engineers and analysts
• Lead E2E validation campaigns to verify performance, reliability, and customer needs
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of deep technical experience in multi-domain systems engineering and SoS environments
• 3+ years focused on SoS architectures and complex system integration
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, CI pipelines, DevOps, and cloud computing
• Proven mastery in emulator topology design and simulated environment modeling
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and challenge delivery decisions constructively
