Right now, the profile that would bring the most value to our team is an AI Engineer with a strong software and data background — someone who is comfortable moving between APIs, databases, and LLM-powered pipelines.

What you will work on:
- Building LLM-powered services and automations used in real production environments
- Designing and maintaining Python APIs (mostly FastAPI-style services)
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries over imperfect, evolving schemas
- Implementing RAG pipelines, vector search, and data enrichment flows
- Integrating AI components into existing software systems (not isolated prototypes)
- Collaborating with engineers and product to turn ideas into scalable solutions

To do the job you need:
- At least 2 years of experience on a similar role
- Python (Production Level)
- SQL (Advanced)
- LLM & AI System Integration
- RAG
- Vector Stores
- Automations
- LangChain
- API Development
Skills nice to have:
- AI Evaluations
- Data Analysis
- Data Modeling
- Awareness of LLM cost drivers
- Experience working with messy or non-standardized data
