Electronic Music Artist | Music & Film Producer | Founder of The Art of Music Tour | Creator of Immersive Live Experiences
NOTE: This is not a supply chain or corporate logistics role. We’re seeking an experienced professional with expertise in live event operations, music tour coordination, and creative production.
The Art of Music Tour is seeking a dedicated music event logistics and operations professional with a sharp eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the soul of a visionary. Someone who thrives under pressure moves with integrity and wants to build something extraordinary, not for routine or salary, but for purpose and results. As our Music Event Logistics & Operations professional, you’ll take ownership of the planning and execution of each live concert worldwide. You’re the person who ensures that every element runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
This is a commission-based role — ideal for someone who thrives in high-trust, entrepreneurial environments and wants to contribute to something meaningful. We value action, clarity, and real results.
Now entering its fourth year, The Art of Music Tour is a one-of-a-kind journey that merges cinematic electronic music with nature, ancient heritage, and cultural storytelling. It is performed live in breathtaking locations around the world. From castles to cliffsides, this project transforms iconic spaces into immersive sonic rituals that touch the soul.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate all on-site logistics for each event (transport, gear, team schedules)
* Assist with location scouting and liaise with local authorities for permits
* Manage timelines and ensure smooth communication across departments
* Organise crew operations, artist logistics, and vendor coordination
* Support budgeting and cost optimisation across production elements
* Has experience in live events, tours, festivals, or large-scale productions
* It is highly organised and solution-driven
* Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly
* Is emotionally intelligent, reliable, and communicates clearly
* Believes in the power of music and creativity to move the world
Important: This is not a salaried role. We are building a commission-based team where you are rewarded based on results, integrity, and performance. If you’re looking for a fixed salary, this opportunity is not for you.
But if you have the vision to lead, the mindset to solve, and the drive to bring powerful experiences to life, then we want to meet you.
