From Hays, we are seeking for a PLM Project Leader (BOM EXPERT LEAD) for an important multinational automotive company based in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Ensure the continuity of the Product Bill of Materials (BOM) within the company: EBOM, MBOM, SBOM and all related processes across the organisation (Customs, Purchasing, Finance, etc.).
Coordinate the company's BOM committee with all stakeholders from the different business areas. Formalise, implement, and update the standards agreed by all parties.
Act as the point of contact for IS/IT on all matters related to the company's BOM.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in PLM and/or ERP.
Experience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven mindset.
