FUNCTION: Digital Quality Tools Project Manager
ACTIVITY: Leading, organization and management of system information's evolutions
Mission
Lead the digital transformation and quality assurance initiatives within the company, ensuring the standardization and effective deployment of digital tools that meet end-user needs and enhance product quality.
Responsibilities
* Centralized Management: Oversee the digital experiences and ensure proper allocation of digital resources.
* Customer Experience: Ensure the applications' look and feel meet user expectations.
* Application Structure: Ensure applications are structured for future inter-system connectivity.
* Tool Uniformity: Standardize the use of digital tools across business units through coordination committees.
* Support: Provide support for the launch of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent versions.
* Change Management: Participate in change management during tool deployment.
* Long-term Support: Coordinate long-term support from the development team.
* Product Vision: Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring it maximizes product value.
* User Engagement: Identify and engage end-users, collect feedback, and ensure the Product Backlog is transparent.
* Agile Practices: Participate in Agile events, clarify user stories, and validate developed stories.
Main Functions
* Define product vision, strategy, and user requirements.
* Manage the product feature list and tasks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and end-users.
* Supervise the development process and participate in planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
* Validate product value and quality through testing and feedback collection.
* Ensure the product meets end-user needs and is properly deployed.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, particularly in Quality, or significant management experience in Quality.
* Languages: Fluent in English, and Spanish.
* Skills: Problem-solving, initiative, and pressure management.
* Experience: Project management experience.
