We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT products and services to business clients, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with solid technical understanding and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and target potential business clients in need of IT solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Understand client needs and translate them into tailored IT product and service offerings.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
* Meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
* Provide ongoing customer support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to gather insights and improve offerings.

Required Qualifications

* Proven experience in IT sales, software sales, or technical sales roles.
* Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
* Solid technical aptitude with understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware infrastructures.
* Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
* Advanced level of English.

Preferred Skills

* Experience working in B2B technology sales environments.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems.
* Strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities.
* Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
